The Galloway School has an amazing team of faculty and students at our private, STEM, Christian school for gifted learners grades PK - 5th grade and we are always seeking substitute teachers to join our team!

 

Qualified candidates are passionate for working with and teaching students and whom have experience working with children in an academic setting. 

 

To be considered for a substitute teacher, qualified candidates will have:

 

• A High school diploma
• The ability to communicate well with students, parents, colleagues and administrators
• At least 1 year(s) of relevant experience preferred

This is a part-time, on-call position.

 

 

Please note that the completion of fingerprinting and the successful passing of a background check will be required in this position.

 

* Once you have been a substitute on five (5) separate occasions, you will be moved to "Preferred Sub" status, with a daily rate that increases to $125 daily going forward. $175 per day for any long-term substitute positions.
